• In-Person Registration (Appointment required/no walk-ins allowed)

    1. Please call Doreen Mahoney at 978-772-8600 extension 1480 to make an appointment to fill out the registration packet in person.
      1. Remember to bring all required documents with you at the time of your appointment.

    Download and Submit Completed Registration Packets:

    1. Download and print the registration packet. 
    2. Scan the completed packet as well as all required documents and email Doreen Mahoney, dmahoney@asrsd.org 
    3. You will receive an email either confirming your student's successful registration or with instructions on what is missing or needs updating.
