2. Make sure you bring the appropriate documentation to your registration appointment:

Required Forms: (Needed for student to be officially registered)
Birth Certificate - (Original copy is required for Kindergarten, Copy of Birth Certificate for grades 1-12)
Proof of residency - Must have parents name on form (utility bill, copy of lease, purchase and sale agreement )
Immunization records - Please see the requirements by clicking here.

Other important documents to bring:
Name and address of previous school
Copy of child's last complete physical
Official Transcript (High School only)
If the child has special need (learning disabilities), a copy of the most recent IEP (Individual Education Plan)
