GENERAL INFORMATION
We provide before and after school programs for preschool – grade 5 with a safe and fun place to spend before/after school hours at Page Hilltop and Lura A. White Elementary Schools. The program opens at 7:00 am and closes at 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, following the Ayer Shirley Regional School District Calendar. If there is no school due to inclement weather, the programs are closed. If school is delayed, the programs are also delayed.
We offer programs on professional development days, 90-minute early release days, ½ days, and February & April school vacations. We also offer a summer program for both programs at Page Hilltop Elementary School.
The before and after-school program is designed to allow children the opportunity to choose among such activities as arts, crafts, nature, science, games, cooking and sports. Depending on children’s needs, quiet study areas are available for students who wish to do homework. Outdoor recreation (weather permitting) is scheduled daily.

All registration, tuition, and business matters are handled by the Director and the Assistant Director. A non-refundable registration fee is required per family. It is presumed that enrollment in the before and after-school programs is for the full school year. There will be at least a two-week notice for schedule changes and 1-month notice for withdrawal.
COME FOR A VISIT!
To start the enrollment process, please call to schedule an appointment to check us out! A tour of our sites with an administrator will enable you to ask questions, discuss concerns, and help you to choose a program to suit your child's developmental needs and your family's needs.
While adults visit, your child is free to stroll about our classroom investigating, if he/she so chooses. Young guests will usually soon find themselves at home while their parents/guardians view the actual dynamics of our program and talk with the Director or Assistant Director. If you are interested in enrolling your child, you will be given a packet of forms to complete and return.
Enrollment is based on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date the application and registration fee are received by the school. The program has an open enrollment policy, so a new child may enter anytime during the year if there is an open slot in the appropriate class.
