Our vision is to connect, engage, and inspire every student to reach academic excellence. The educators of the Ayer Shirley Regional School District will instill habits of reflection and inquiry that challenge our students to set ambitious academic and personal goals. Students will develop a strong voice to express thoughts and ideas in the community, the confidence to showcase their talents, and academic and personal successes in preparation for entry into college and the world of work.

Barry Burbank Visits Page Hilltop!

Dear Page Hilltop Parents / Guardians,

Welcome to another balmy week of weather in December!!  WBZ meteorologist Barry Burbank visited our school last Friday and gave a wonderful presentation of weather to all of our fourth and fifth graders.  Barry told us that we should not expect another winter as snowy as last year.  I, for one, hope he is on the mark!

Speaking of Barry's visit, you can view a short video clip on WBZ - Channel 4 tomorrow (Tuesday).  It will be on 3 times during the day:

Between 5:00 - 6:00 am

CONGRATS to all of our First Lego League robotics teams who competed in a regional tournament on Saturday and did a fine job.  One of our teams was awarded the prestigious TEAMWORK AWARD!  Thanks to all of our supportive parents and to the FLL coaches: Brian LaPointe and Pat Lynch.  They have been assisted all year by high school students Ben PLamondon and Rebecca Strong.

Please join us Wednesday at 6:30 pm for our annual Holiday Chorus Concert.  It is sure to be a festive event.

Reminder that Friday is Spirit Day - PJ Day.

Have a great week!      Fred Deppe, Principal
